Eligibility for Returns:
We provide a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most orders, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and 100% free from smoke or other orders. Items not meeting one or more of these criteria may be subject to refusal or a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Items for Returns:
The following items are non-returnable:

- Pre-order items, as they are offered at a discounted rate.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Initiation of Return:
Initiating a return is simple. Just use our return portal HERE, and we'll guide you through the process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
- If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout, return shipping will be covered.
- If return coverage is not purchased, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- For eligible returns that are not due to damage or an error on our part, you will receive store credit.
- If the item is damaged or if the wrong item was sent, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method in compliance with New York State law.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, with additional time required by your bank or credit card company.
Damages and Issues:
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and a photograph of the issue.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
